What are your opinions on your sources of information on the websites being personalized and tailored towards your personal interests and beliefs. Your google results, facebook feeds, even news websites have algorithms and filters that develop the results based around what you click on first. How all these things are keeping you in your own personalized bubble of information and instead of having the internet be a tool that connects you to new sources of information, new ways of thinking, it actually just surrounds you with information tailored to your own personal beliefs. It's even more interesting when you think about the fact that you can't see this bubble either. When you're in an argument online for example, googling articles that defend the points you're making and backing them up, or even googling a broad point you're arguing over what you'll get is pages filled with only your viewpoint and nothing that opposes it. We're getting to a point where every piece of information you get online is custom tailored to you.

Stay in your own bubble of ignorance than. Those people who don't believe you deserve to have rights, or be alive, their words don't quite matter but openly secluding yourself from many other things this gatekeeper would keep out of your feeds is a huge step of being ignorance. You're being forcefed the same stuff day in and day out, sunshines and rainbows of the world that you want to see. It's fine but it locks you in to yourself and keeps knowledge out. Of course just by the way you speak yourself it shows that you don't really care too much about educating yourself beyond your personal beliefs. Your only argument is mentioning an obvious issue, gay rights, which won't even be an issue in 10-20 years in the US, and the rest of the western world. Regardless, not being open to issues and beliefs outside your own personal bubble is ignorance. As it is the basic definition of ignorance is "lack of knowledge or information." and secluding yourself from information because you don't like what it has to say, as wrong as the information may be at certain times is general ignorance.
