Why does everyone hate it so much? If your argument is there is no WhitePeopleMeet.com stfu because you could make one instead of whining.

I think it's just stupid. There's no need for a dating site that caters only to black people, when you can filter other dating sites' results by race, yourself. Also, it's little more than a troll-magnet.

Um, no. Our beauty industry (and general culture) is pretty focused on making sure white women are seen as prettiest and black women are seen as ugliest. Its something thats pretty hard to notice if your not on the short end on the stick, so its not surprising that most people on this site are oblivious.

The reason they have BET and JET magazine is because media is mostly white, most times black people are pictured as thugs, hoes, rapists and murderers. Not saying it's needed but having a movie with that was positive around black people wouldn't be bad. I absolutely hate madea movies. But anyway the whole point I brought it up is because it's always a white couple never asian, hispanic or black. In america, the land of diversity! Or how the black guy dies first in 99 percent of scary movies. Also usually when a "black woman" is depicted she's obviously mixed. It just slightly bothers me that's all. Oh whatever! There was obviously someone out there who wanted to cater to black people who wanted to meet other black people--it's just that simple! There's a CHRISTIAN PEOPLE MEET, as well and it was made for the same purpose. I don't see why it always come down to being racist.
