May I ask why Tate is your least favourite?

Tate is a douchebag. First time we encountered him he was talking about Violet really disrespectfully before he turned into a "nice" guy not to mention he raped Vivian and impregnated her with the anti christ. And everyone is like"lol Tate's so cute and sweet wish I could have a boyfriend like him" or they're like"violet should forgive him : (" Who on earth would forgive someone for raping their mother????????
I know the show is fictional and all but ******** Tate and ppl romanticising him
