Changing the voice actor of Snake to the guy that happened to play the lead in 24 doesn't make MGS like 24 at all. If they made the plot like 24, that would be a valid argument, but that doesn't seem to be the case. They wanted to make Snake older and more serious, and they changed to an actor they thought would be better at that. Of course, the actor that had been voicing Snake is about the age he's supposed to be in this one, but whatever. If you already thought the franchise sucked, why do you care so much?

You sound like every other moron who's upset over that one thing. If you saw 24 or any movie Keifer Sutherland played in, you'd know he's a good actor, and the fact Kojima wouldnt dare let another bad Metal Gear game be released. Plus Big Boss has aged so it'd be dumb for him to have the EXACT same voice he had when he was younger.
