It is a direct quote from Idris, the TARDIS when she was in the form of a human(oid) in the episode "The Doctor's Wife." She believed that she had stolen the Doctor as much as he had stolen her, and indeed, she allowed him to steal her, he could not have done so if she had not wished it.
