I got thinking, you know I see so many England looking steampunk ideas, where's all the cute Lolita Asian inspired!
~[although I think the trend started from England don't kill me if I'm wrong] ~

So I took my crap artwork and started doodling away on what I would wear.
The front of it is a clock, and the back of the bow would be the mechanics of the clock, Idk how to draw gears honestly, so I just well doodled what I thought clock mechanics were.
