Tinted screen

I hope this is the right place to post this.

My dell laptop suddenly has a turquoise tint to the screen. I never had this issue before... I hope someone can help me. I can use my laptop like usual- the only issue I have is that everything that was white is now turquoise. =/

How old is the laptop?

This would sometimes happen with analog displays when the cable connecting the screen to the display adapter began to go bad.

Could you also have downloaded a buggy display driver update?

A cable inside the laptop could've gotten unplugged from the screen, or it could just be FUBAR.

If your laptop is old, that might be part of it.

You might need to take apart your laptop and re-insert a cable. If it's shot, time to buy a new laptop. If that's not an option, take it in to geek squad.
