Can you give me some more info like how long you'd be using my screen and what all can you access while using my screen and stuff? I've never done anything like that and stuff...

It depends on the speed of the computer and the speed of your internet.

Anywho, your problem was you had Spybot, superantispyware, malwarebytes, and avg all running at the same time. the thing causing the redirects was a rogue addon in chrome, I removed it. tried to remove the other protection softwares but the net was so wonky it kicked me off.

use Appremover to remove other software.
Keep malwarebytes. and I reccomend avast.

Did you delete off the avg? I'll get the avast.

The "default extinsion" is that what you mean? I removed that before and it comes back.

Yeah, it kicked me off a while ago.
I tried to remove Spybot and Avast.

Spybot was stopping the previous tools from working.


If it comes back I would reccomend clicking the + next to it, looking for the folder it's in, and deleting it by hand.

ok for the avast should I download avast before removing avg or remove avg before? I remember i had some issue like a year ago or something where it froze my computer when I had them both on.

Well I still have redirects. The google extinsion thing is still there too.

Scan says there are things that can't be scanned.

Do you think it's ok if I go on other accounts or could they be compromised?
