My host right now is http://www.mycubix.com, they are free with 8GB of bandwidth, 250MB of web space and MYSQL and PHP supported. All you have to do is post 30 informative posts (no spam) in their forum.

I haven't bothered to read much of this thread because I'm LAZY! sweatdrop So please forgive me if this has already been said...

Basically, you need a web host (place to make the page) and probably some basic HTML knowledge. (Unless the host site you choose has pre-made pages you can use, or a simple page making program built in. Then it's pretty much point and click most of the time, depending on the site. But anyway...) A decent free-hosting site that I've used in the past that has no pop-ups or anything annoying like that is Freewebs. SO, that's all I have to say really. biggrin
