Certain programs will have there own extension files so that they can ONLY be opened with that program, if you have a .bin file it may have been a patch for a program that you dont exactly own and whoever put it up for download explained it wrong... I dont think youll find the program and if you do it will be all numbers anyways, good luck

By any chance are you trying to get a Sega Saturn emulator working with CD images? I've heard that there's some good emus for that console at Zophar's Domain.

ShugarDaddy i think you are right i don't have the game that the file was made with. Right now i'm DL the game so hopeful when i install it i will be able to open the files.
