Dawn of war installtion problems errors: 1305, 1311

I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in gaming discussion, but I figured I might get more help here but anyway.

I have looked online elsewhere to fix the problems for installing this.

The basic error I get is:
"Error 1311.Source file not found: D: Data.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it"

The basic fixes were to format Hardrive or copy the CD files to PC. I have tried all fo that and I have tried installing this game on 4 different PCs. The discs are clean with no real scratches on it all. My CD code is accepted fine. The first disc appears to install properly but the second is when the error occurs. I definately have enough space to install this game and I can't figure out what the problem could be. The file the error is explaining IS there but its not working.

Does anyone know of any possible fixes for this problem?

Do you have another CD drive to try it in?
