Computer Multimedia Center

[Habuki Arcana Kuragari]

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking at one for over $100 and another for around $80. One has a trackball and a buncha buttons while the other one looks like it doesn't have anything really all that great...

Basically I'm thinking about getting a new computer, moding it out so that it looks great, then mounting it somewhere out in the open so it looks cool and turn it basically into a multimedia center for playing CDs and watching movies.

Oh yeah, and is there any like cards or drives to put in an AM/FM tuner into a computer?
