Just start at the first issue, can't go wrong with that ^_^

And as for reading it, I've got all the originals in my bedroom, but I've also got a digital comic book reader up to issue 175. I suggest getting CBR reader, and I can send you a link to the issues. It's super cool, and you get the ones otherwise unheard of/ hard to find for free.
