Concept seems alright. Not a fan of Anthros though, I hate them. But whatever floats your boat.

I would suggest naming the world, coming up with a map, economic system, countries, etc.. You've already got a good grasp on the religion aspect, but if you're creating your own world you basically need to think of EVERYTHING. What's the dominent race? How did the came to be, etc? The more answers you have, the more developed and believable your world is.
