Alright Everyone! Time to celebrate Halloween with dressing up your avatars and telling scary stories by the campfire!

Avatar Contests:

Best Halloween Costume
--Use Halloween Colors like black and orange.

Best Scary Costume
--Self explanatory.

Best Cosplay
--Include the title of the movie/anime/etc., name, and a reference picture of the character your avatar is cosplaying as in the submission.

The contest will solely be judged through polling to avoid any biases or any other complications that may arise.

Rules:
1. You must be a clan member to join.
2. You may enter in all categories.
3. When you enter the contest, you must be wearing the outfit so I can save the submission.
4. PM me all outfits, I will notify you when I have saved the outfit; the wait should only be about 1-2 days at the most, so plan your outfits accordingly if you want to submit for all of the categories.

All outfits are due by Oct. 29th, 11:59 PST. The 30 and 31st will be the day(s) when the winners will be decided through the polls.

Scary Story Contest:

This is the time to brush up on your scary storytelling skills! You have to write a quality short story that's really going to scare people! (Or at least the person who's going to read them all, aka: the clan leader)

Rules:
1. You must be a clan member to enter.
2. Before submitting don't forget to proofread your short story! The clan leader is the judge of this contest, so if your grammar or anything else is bad enough to hinder the story you might lose your chances of being the winner!
3. All Clan and Gaia rules still apply, so make sure to keep everything PG-13 or lower.

Scary Story Contest is due by Oct. 25th, at 11:59 PST. The winner will be announced on Halloween! Writer's should note that their stories, including the winning story, will all be posted in the Halloween thread once the winner is announced.

More information and rules will be added to both contests if needed. Don't be afraid to ask about anything if you have any questions. Gold Prizes TBA at a later date.

We had some of our share of hot weather last month; it's kind of a nice change to see the rain and wind. You must have quite a bit of hot weather over there if it's still in the 90's, hopefully you'll be getting some rain, too. 3nodding
