Because multiple minorities are judged unfairly and even crimminalized for those stereotypes.
A white man shoots up a school or a business or commits some kind of mass murder in a public setting, we call it mental illness
if a black man or arab man shot up a school,business or committed a mass murder we would call it gang violence or terrorism.

white women/mothers walk around target openly carrying large guns just strapped to their back, we praise them for exercising their right to open carry/bear arms
if a hispanic man walked around target or a public place with a visible, open carried weapon, people would deem him a ganster,and dangerous and they would call the cops.

Asian women and underaged girls are raped,fetishized and sometimes killed for the stereotype of an asian submissive school girl.
In fact many minority women are fetishized and raped.
stereotypes have become so widespread and some people can have such strong belief in certain stereotypes that they may not hire a minority based on that stereotype
children of color are teased and bullied based on stereotypes.

stereotypes can depress and discourage people
stereotypes hurt
ALSO, WHO THE ******** DO YOU THINK CREATED ALL THESE STEREOTYPES?

and last time i checked, the stereotypes surrounding white people are things like, they love chipotle and starbucks, well i doubt the police would shoot you on site for liking ******** starbucks or chipotle
