Yeah, I was always afraid of flying buzzing things with stingers because I got mobbed by some wasps when I was a kid. But a few years later I realized that if you just stay still when a bee lands on you, as long as nothing else has pissed it off you're usually safe. Just don't move and it will fly away on its own.

My ex was terrified of them, too. One time one flew in the car window and he nearly ran us off the road. stare

Ah, that actually sounds kind of fun! I'm just looking for a second job right now since my current one doesn't provide me with enough hours since I need to save for student loans and a new car and rent so I can move out and into an apartment x.x
