When it comes to fitness, you will not succeed if you rely on others to motivate you. You have to find a goal that you can work towards. Maybe being able to do a body weight squat. Maybe being able to do 100 pullups in a row. Find a goal that you can work towards and start working.
I'm motivating my little sister because she gets made fun of at school about her being overweight... as well as weird, I'm trying to teach her many life lessons before I leave.. I'm motivating many others, and I can be motivated, but I want other people to see that they can make a difference, also.. I don't have any home equipment except hand weights.. I try to do without equipment as I'm leaving soon.
