i want to start a gaiaonline fashion magazine

Targeted toward the 13-18 age range. c: Ladies and gents.
I have one person two people who has have agreed to help me so far but I think I'll need more.
I've never done this before D:
but according to this awesome How-To, I'll need...
yum_strawberry a fashion editor: does research on what is in style for current trends.
gaia_star a music editor: does research on music that is currently hot.
yum_cupcake a hotspot editor: does research about the trendiest places.
gaia_diamond a photographer: takes pictures to go with research done by editors.
yum_coldone a editor: puts everything onto the computer.
Photographer and overall editor aren't really necessary because everyone involved would grab the pics and stuff themselves.
I'd like this to be a seasonal mag. C:
