The katana in Red Hood's Dusk Revenge, specifically the part hanging off of it. I'm still not able to tell what it's actually supposed to be, thus my creative rendition.

I even looked at Pusheh's hood to see if the different color scheme would give me any clues, but no dice.

Red Hood's Dusk Revenge is a recolor of a user remake of this item, so maybe that'll help? I don't think the tassels were changed at all for the remake
