It is mostly the parent's fault, also a bit of environment.
And no, it isn't because we "don't hit our kids anymore."
Not everyone received that type of punishment in their childhood before us, and not everyone is like that.
Also why the ******** would you ever want to hit a god damned child.
Chances are, they didn't know what they did was wrong.
It is the parent's responsibility to teach the child, not beat them.
