Ok bear with me as i explain this outfit so you can depict it better lol
on top of being part angel and part demon, he is also a wizard and this is his wizard outfit(yes he doesnt have a wizard hat).
The symbols on the collar obviously represent his two halves of ancestry and you dont have to worry about the white circle: i'm still trying to figure out whats going there lol

The 6 little colored feather-looking things hanging from the corners of his outfit flaps are actually colored elemental crystal seals that seal his immense power inside. The scaled gloves also help with controlling that since the demon side of him significantly amplifies his powers:the gloves are made of a special conductive material so that when he rubs his fingers together, the magic will activate

and just in case of confusion about his hair: his hair is like goku's from dbz: it looks like that whether from the 3/4 view or from the front lol, that exact way
I would like the wizard outfit on him: the 2nd pic is just so you know what he looks like and his eye color
