just finished another shift, after seeing all the new snacks my coworker ordered for the store i remembered this hypothetical question i asked my boss a few years ago, so we bring goodies and drinks, even ice cream from around the world, not just food, my question was, what do we do if saw a plus sized person came around and "like a kid in a candy store" he was so happy to see so many options to choose from and starts loading up his basket, this brings me a sense of pride we are making his day, but then some karen takes one look at his basket and we see her fat shaming him, and suddenly his enthusiastic face drops and he starts slowly putting some candy back on the shelf with a look of self loathing written all over his face, i asked what should we do if we ever saw that?
