Dang... have you thought of a new job?

Yeah currently job searching now but it slow :/ so I can't do much about it

I know the feels. I've only worked at my job for like four months, but I'm going to start looking for a new one pretty soon. I don't like a manager who isn't going to listen to how my schedule works. :l

That's awful .. I hate it when my co-worker doesn't listen and then when things go wrong he blames me for not telling me .. stressed

Seems we have the same struggle. My boss pretty much told me it was my fault for not telling him my schedule, when I told him the days I couldn't work when I first started. Hopefully our next jobs will be much better.

Agreed, I hope that our next jobs are so much better with people who listen lol 3nodding
