DSL here takes too long. I wanted to dump cable because they made me mad, but my hubby said wait. DSL wasn't working out, so he's glad I waited.

I should have meh hubby pick your brain. Our cable is on a token ring, so it can slow down a little. DSL only has so much bandwith. If I have two Gaia windows open, my hubby cannot get to the internet.

okay, here. if you run firefox, open IE.
if you run IE, open it.

1:go to http://www.xblock.com/download/xclean_micro.exe
and click RUN

if a RED box pops up, ignore it. That's the scanner.
if a YELLOW AND BLACK box pops up, That means it found some spyware.
Click "REMOVE"

if a GREY box pops up, click no.

step 2: open this in IE.

when it asks, install the Active-X controll. this is an internet-based scanner that catches everything.

let it run and follow the directions on the screen.
