Well, here it goes~
CUDDLE UP!

I originally used a free program called GIMP to created graphics a long time ago.
I think that was until June of this year but has been considering to switch over to photoshop.
But, I was so used to GIMP and make decent graphics with them that I didn't want to switch.
So then, since PS seemed much more advanced, etc. etc. and recommended. I decided to learn.
I figured out how to do the techniques I did in GIMP to PS which wasn't necessarily hard.
It did require a lot of research though. Another thing was recreating my stack of brushes.
That seemed to take forever! While learning PS, I wasn't really here in Gaia. I was on hiatus.
So, I decided to learn how to make signatures. Like signatures on those classic forums.
With the effects and everything, even better typography. When I got tired of that, I began Gaia
again and used the signature techniques I learn as a guideline to make graphics like banners, etc.
Then, after getting tired of graphics, I switched over to profiles. Keep in mind that I do have
gfx experience so my profiles didn't turn out so bad. I asked around on how to make the
layout and stumbled over coding difficulties. I knew how to code before making profiles here
because I made some themes for Tumblr and used what I knew from there as a guideline to here.
Oh, and the signature techniques and changing colors through layers, etc. I used as well.
I don't have PS right now since the laptop that has PS broke and is currently getting fixed
so I can't get into detail really about how to do this and that on Photoshop.

GIMP, heard of. my cousin uses that for her sig making but it takes forever to load.
as for PS, i have element 9, since i know my way around, but its been a while.
i think the main difficulty for me is learning techniques, making brushes, ect....
AW! i hope it get fixed soon.

i think its the concept itself. brushes. like what looks good.
i know how its made (pattern really if correct)

as for techniques, there are LOTS i need to brush up on.
hehe, see what i did there. XD

but mostly, i need to fix my PS skill on how to make it more appealing. more practice with layering of course.

Okay, brushes.
I hate it when people GO OVERBOARD.
In profiles, a few brushes are needed to be over here and there.
Well at least that's my style. When I get brushes, I usually use florals.
Simple brushes that aren't going to look too much and will just enhance the layout.
Try looking at my two samples and see the brushes I use. Try to look at other people's style too!
By looking at other people's style, you can develop your own ;D

LMAOOO! That was soooo corny~
But, let's see. Try doing signature tutorials.
You can see at lot of those at DA. That's really how I learned PS.
