The three areas are a business sector, tourist, and a condo/shopping centre.

So I figured my line would be 'Pick up a book'

Tourist one could be 'Pick up a book and explore the world'

Business one could be 'Pick up a book and expand your mind''

And the last one 'Pick up a book and escape reality'
