Nearly all our executives, plus my boss, are in Florida.
If I move there, I'd likely be working 10 hour days everyday.
Right now I'm out of sight, out of mind half the time.
If I were physically in the office?
They'd be piling stuff on my desk.

Go on vacation.
Do something where you aren't around for a while so they can see what they miss when you're gone.

If not my job itself.
It's not exactly what I thought I'd grow up to do.
I'd rather work for a publishing or editing house.
Or a video game company.
I'd sell my kidney to work at Naughty Dog.

Yeah. ; u; I'd still try the vacation thing.
I dunno. They do the same thing to a girl at my work. She practically runs one department, and when she was out for a week due to her wisdom teeth being pulled, everything went to hell.
At least the managers seem to appreciate her more, now that she's back.

All of those options sound like so much fun. ; u;
I still think that doing video game art would be an awesome way to make a living...
but. I'd much rather do something I want to do, rather than doing something I was told to do... if that makes sense.
The same way I do freebie art threads instead of art shops.
