Did some dictators ruin it? Yes.
But in some cases, they proved it COULD work. Such as Stalin's 10 year industrial revolution. Of course he then went and killed everyone, that's another issue, but it could be "good or right". Just depends on who's the leader and what they're doing :XP:

facism is extreme nationalism brought into a form of government. you can have a dictatorial government and still be denoted as a capitalist regime. facism itself was highlighted under the rule of mussolini but its aspects can be reflected in other forms of government such as nazism. it incorporates authoritarian rule but is not solely consisting of dictatorial power.
