Sounds interesting. I haven't met someone who's into pottery. I've only seen them in tv. >.<

Yeah. I took it in high school
and fell in love with it.
I hope to get a pottery wheel and Kiln some day when
we get our own house.

Isn't hard to make one because it easily gets deformed. >.<
Art subjects in our country are quite common (like simple handicrafts, cross stitching, cooking, that's all I can remember from my grade school and high school years), so pottery is really new to me.xD

Oh I ordered them from graphic shops lol. I do make thread banners before but it's not as pretty like my current thread layout. Also, I don't have much time to make one. :/

I'm not sure if i'd like to try it out haha. But i'm really curious and amazed how they can control the spinny thing and make great shapes out of it. ;D

Actually, i'm also very picky. There were instances that I bought thread layouts but never used them because I didn't like the outcome and I don't want to bother the artist with too much demands. sweatdrop

as an artist myself i think its the best to just order and if you dont like them, just not use them
having to do various re-dos really gets to a person ;[
i mean, yeah it kinda sucks if we go in the thread and see youre not using it....
but at the same time, saying 'omg these suck!' after a person worked so hard on them...yeah...@.@

when i was younger i used to think i would never be able to cook so many various things at once.

Now I feel guilty for not using them. D: I had like 2 or 3 thread layouts I never used. And yeah, most of them are really busy irl and I understand that so I don't make too much demands though its my right to do so.

It's pretty easy once you get it centered on the wheel.
If you can't get it centered, then it won't form right.

I love making bowls and vases.
