I could never make a go of quest threads either. I still remember my first quest thread for Chyaku Norisu Scarf back in 2006. I was told by some turd to sell the only thing of any value i had, my Gwee, to get the item I wanted. I was a little upset, but not discouraged until i saw her quest thread, (I assume it was a girl since she went all PMS psycho on me for questing) and I gave her the same advice she gave me. I was reported and warned by a mod for that remark.
I never had a quest thread since, that is until my Pale Marionette quest.
