Dolphinmania was made by a gaia user. Was not against rules. But inflation was bad. So lanzer ask the owner if he would take it down. He gladly did.
Gaia messed with glow times/how many fish would glow at once etc. Pissed a lot of tank owners off since they payed will money for it than they go changing stuff on them.
zOMG you could make 500k-1m a day just from seb. That was more than booty grab. People were making 100k-300k a day if they played a lot.
So they capped zomg a few times till 50k to slow inflation down and booty grab to 150k
I'm guessing cause it takes time to find tanks and it gets more boring than zomg so takes more time to get the gold.
zomg is now in maintenance mode so no updates etc. zomg gets laggy a lot and takes forever to switch servers out.

I wouldn't say I "gladly" shut it down. LOL. It went more like "We're changing stuff, you're messing up our economy, you have to shut down..." SO, I had to. I miss those days crying

@Sephy - Give him some time. You might not like him now, since maybe... he's still getting used to his new home? He should get comfortable later and will likely grow on you. All pets will give you a sense of attachment after awhile of having them around. c:

Probably. LOL. I don't get on much at all anymore since they closed down DM, and I use the forum search feature. The dates on them are messed up o_O, said that post was today. Didn't bother looking at the actual time, just noticed the search said it was today. Sorry if it was creepy. LOL

Though, ye, the forum search isn't very reliable. All it does it show you the most RECENT posts, but how recent it is depends on what is being searched. Should always check~ Luckily this thread wasn't dead or anything. ;p
