zOMG! Not Generating Gnomes?

I just hopped on zOMG! for a bit and I noticed that gnomes weren't popping up at all ANYWHERE. I walked all over Village Greens and there were no gnomes. On top of that, there weren't many people on the server/in the area either. I only seen like 3 other people.

I am using a Samsung notebook with Windows 7 Starter and the most updated Adobe Flash (ran all my updates this morning) & my web browser is Chrome.
