there are 2 listings for Temeluchus's Wings

I don't know which one to go off of to buy (in the Market Place).
They are put up twice with more than one listing to them. Please help.

This is an error with item IDs; it is a problem with multiple items. It seems to occur when items are re-released, or have a fixed when they've already been released.

The admins are aware of this issue, but cannot fix it, as it could destroy items in user's inventories.

All admins advise is that you watch out and check items before you buy them, as this duplicate item problem has been used to scam people in the past.
