Private Messages not showing up

I get a notification saying that I got a private message. However when I click on the link, I have no new private messages. My inbox is at 50%.

This has happened to me and I hate it when either my private messages don't get to my friends or they send me something and I don't get it.

It's possible that someone sent you a PM, then deleted it from their Outbox before you got a chance to read it...?
Are you expecting a PM from anyone?

You could try messaging that person to see if they had sent you something then?
Unfortunately we can't really tell much aside from that. Either the person PM'd you and then changed their mind a few minutes after sending the message or the system somehow sent the message into a black hole ^^;

Its ok, my friend whom messaged me earlier isn't on right now. Im getting most pms and what im not getting, I message my friend back.
