Phone Number Trouble? Can't receive text alert confirmation.

I have a Sprint iPhone 4S, and when I send the text alert confirmation to my phone, I never receive it. I even resend it multiple times throughout the day and I still don't get it. Yes, I am positive that my number is correct, and I am also sure that I didn't already receive the text.

Any idea what might be going wrong, and what I can do..?
