i have 3 of the circlets. and only one gives me the little box with all the options in it. at first all of them at one time did then after a day or so it stopped doing so. now only one does.

ok put all but one in the suitcase and have another window open for equipping, equip the first one take a circlet out of the suitcase then refresh the equips page then equip it and do as many times as needed, then save
