Generally it's best not to bump threads in here. Also, I don't think this is the right forum. You'll probably have better luck in the Q and A forum.
Hopefully you get your account back.

Also, fill out a "I was Hacked form" and put the email address used.
Also put the full header from that email that you were sent.

Yeah, you pretty much got scammed and theres not much gaia can do about getting your account back. Even if you do, your items will probably be long gone and gaia does not replace stolen nor lost items.

A good tip would be to check where the email is from before answering. Gaia admins don't use hotmail accounts.

If this kind of e-mail ever comes your way again, first search the Gaia website to confirm the address of the sender. And in doubt, use a link on the website to mail an admin about it, don't reply to the e-mail you received.

And yeah, no one will ever ask you your password.
