There is a workaround to get those items, but be careful, or you'll buy something you don't want. This is what you need to do:
Go to the page with the ska coats, click on one of the items that you can click on. It doesn't matter which one. You get the following options:
(BUY) (PREVIEW) (CANCEL)
Click
buy.
Liam will ask you to confirm whether you want to buy that item:
(BUY) (CANCEL)
Right click on the buy button (if you left click you'll buy it, so don't), and select "Copy link location" in the URL.
Now hit
cancel:
Paste the url you just copied in your address bar. It looks like this:

Where it says
&item=, you need to change the number to the item you want. on that page the ska coats are:
2 for blue
3 for red
4 for green
Once you do that, hit return, and the coat will be yours.
