Item: Friday Bonus Box

Good day. I am having issues opening my Friday Bonus Box.

When I click on the item it says "Thank you for your donation to Gaia! Which item would you like to receive?" and then gives me the options to choose between a Bobbing For Apples 5-pk, Road To Riches, Autumn Trunk, Treat of Tricks Bag, or The Old Fishing Hole 5-pk.

The item I would like is the Treat of Tricks Bag. However when I click on it I am given an error message. The message states "General Error. This item cannot be used."

I am using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10.0.22
