Daily Treat + Cash Tree not working.

I hate putting money into any game I play so I rely heavily on the daily treats and cash tree as my only source of gcash. Its slow and the ads are kinda boring but im fine with that.

The problem ive been having for the past few months is that whenever I try to use either the daily treat or cash tree, it always freezes at the loading screen.

At first I thought it was a gaia wide problem but testing it out with a couple of throwaway accounts I realized it was just me. I made 3-4 throwaways and every time the daily rewards and cash tree works perfectly.

Is it even possible to max out how much free gcash youre allowed to receive? Is that even a thing? Or is something just wrong with my account?

Thanks, and this pretty much exactly what my problem is. Its either the infinite loading screen or no videos available ever, even though I KNOW there are videos they are deliberately not showing me because I have a bunch of mules to verify it

In my case, I am able to watch the videos and click on a ticket for the reward - but I don't get the cash it says I won.
I've done it several times now and I don't get paid...
