Because of the announcement, I was led to believe I would be getting 500 extra gcash on a purchase of 2500 with the coupon code, but I received and item that when opened was only 200.

Did you purchase the cash earlier, while the coupon was still active and wait a few hours before posting? Or did you purchase your cash after 3:59 pm?

I really don't remember the exact time, but I entered the code and it didn't give me an error, it said the coupon was applied just the amount was different.

There is a record of all of your purchases with Time and Date stamps over here
If your cash was purchased during the time the coupon was still active, file a Billing Inquiry for it under "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
