@__@ Sometimes it's really hard to be polite when you're being harassed by confrontational customers. I think a little empathy for the people who are actually working goes a long way.

Yeah, people are just... assholes. I try to be polite whenever I go to a store to shop myself, mainly because I've been on the receiving end of a*****e customers before. >_<
