Thank you guys. I'm just really frustrated because I was excited about these pictures, so now every time I stoked to give someone their shots I'm gonna worry that they are gonna hate them. THEN the dad had the nerve to ask me for the raw images so he could edit them himself.

I get what you mean, but for me, fandoms are just as important as the show/book/game/etc. often, they'tr even more important to me, since i tend toward series that are already finished.

It's kind of an asperger's thing, too. When i'm excited by something, i NEED to talk to people about it. (Its called infodumping)

So if a fandom seems hostile or uncomfortable, I won't get into the source work. It's just not worth it for me.

Fair enough, if it's the fandom that's as important for you, then it's a darn shame.

I guess you really just need to find your own little group or nice place to get excited and not go on tumblr. It's just unfortunate that for a show that's so progressive to have certain fans take it too far.
