bio flats are mostly character flats. Usually omie does them for about 25k. But yeah. 8V More often than not it's free.

I fail to see what's so hard about a raffle, cept that keeping track of tickets is a pain.

Meh. I just find it a headache. I've done my share of raffles but usually it's worth it.

Just do it the easy way, what I do is to have people post in the raffle thread how many they're buying, and the total and just edit it in. To keep things easier I don't let people pick whatever numbers but just buy tickets in crements of 10, 100, or something that ends in 0. lol.
