Reading through your plot thread, couple of things came to mind: 1. you say Quinn is avoiding powering up? He could run across Sailor Phact fighting a youma and gets 'in the way' causing her to protect him and get hurt if she stayed civi. Or after a woman protects him, could have him power up to show he can do it as well? She's also willing to share what she knows about this side.
2. Hm being a smart a** about her work because she's a fashion design major and would be around the studios as well. 3.General training with Pompeii.
She's bad with kids is why I inch away from chibis >.<

Truely tho Quinn would pull a bit I a hero thing so if he is being attacked he will power up tho getting saved by a girl would be fun XD and he would likely power up to help finish the fight. And information is always welcome

Civi Quinn is an a** but he might surprise you when it comes to fashion since I'm thinking atleast one of his teachers pointed out the structural design of the more abstract fashions. Tho he would rather study buildings then clothes. *shrugs*

@Kao: Chiku/Sphalerite....sorta dances? It's more the 'I'm gonna take bits and pieces from everywhere to enjoy myself when a song is on'. Though I do plan on her learning belly dance at some point.
