Ok guys. This is the skinny on things at BB.
Gwen has stepped away from gaia. and i dont know for how long. but it seems pretty permanent. She has been having a really bad health issue she can fix and is trying to get on the waiting list for a liver transplant... Leo is (no offence) as reliable as a goldfish these days in and out and never solid. Lady A has vanished an d so has xem. In essence. the shop was given to me. and I am also the only staff left.. until I hire people. I am stuck..
Gwen didnt want me to say anything but i needed to tell all of you why the shop is just kinda here. I am alone.
before Gwen left, the shop was dying. no one was coming and the events were OVER doing the amount of people that were coming vs pets.
the last event we had that was any good was that rainbow event last year!... sense than the pool of patrons has it an all time low. It was depressing Gwen and she had to focus on staying alive.
If you wish to help save the shop. come often, bring friends. help me get folks hired. I need 2 colorists, a certist and a manager. I am going to revamp the staff guild and the way things are ran sense i am the owner. and I may start a new shop thread. This place is my first B/C pet love, im not giving up, but i cant do this on my own. not with no patrons as well as no staff.
so i am focusing on the 2k14 snow globe gala and after that i am fixing this place up. I NEED STAFF! I NEED PATRONS! or this place is going to die completely. no one talks int the shop anymore. no one even visits.. so in some ways my hands are tied. in others i am the only hope. as a whole, WE have to fix this place.
