you can get hearts easy and cheap by opening the Philosopher's Cache, and doing the alchemy at the same time (now I'm lvl 4 at alchemy)

or you can just sell out the heart charm in the marketplace (which you can earn more)

Philosopher's Cache Bundle (1000 Pack) is 50 mil, and 1 heart charm you sell can earn you 200 mil

the free wildcard charm can sell it for 6 bil in the marketplace if you don't want it twisted
