Sucks that there's this one Wizard guy that calls himself the Dean and is being all strict and stuff.

Oh, and the NPC's actually interact with you and give you stuff if you're nice to them.

I heard that the NPCs are gifting items, but I am yet to receive anything. Not sure if its because the gifting feature was disabled or I am just unlucky.

I didn't disabled it, the site did to fix some issues according to the latest staff alert.
