a dark warrior, who can only be recognized as a man, walks along a beaten road wondering why it is he who must fight for earth. he doesn't care what happens... but he knows he must. his black cloak covering him and obscuring his face so that no one should ever see his true identity.
the man thinks heavily of what might become of the world. he's seen it all happen before and he holds the memories back. knowing what he must do is for the better of man kind, and not for himself. he knwos what he is doing is to save every last creature from the demon who tears his home land.
as rain begins to fall he seeks shelter under a small tree and wonders what he should do next. he looks almost as a shadow hidden underneath tree in his cloak. his face unvisible to anyone, and no one dares ask him to remove his cloak. he is like no other being, and never will be, for he is the last of his kind, and no one knows what exactly that kind is. he is the unknown sort, and if he should ever die, all of it would be gone forever.
Vexcame across the road himself, in dismay.. or angst.. or.. well, it was hard to tell, but despite his own hardened expression.. for a child of twelve, he hid it fairly well. His sword was safely in its scabbard, but his hand was awn it, as if suspecting somebody to be about to attack him at any moment. He glanced up half-heartedly at the Warrior, and, just to be cautious, he stepped to the side of the road, not really wanting to cause any trouble. --;
Oh, WONDERFUL. -RAIN-. Of all the times.. ¬¬...

But, on the bright side, it could be hailing. -_-; And that Warrior COUDL be a useless princess.. but Vex was fortunate to just have it be a warrior. Okay. Now what was HE going to do?
upon seeing the young boy, he quickly unrested his hand from the sword. he wondered what a boy would be doing here at this time of darkness and evil. he should be at home.
{{It is spelled medieval.}}
The sky seemed to simmer softly in the harsh scouring of the sun.

It's so hard to hide it all.....

She was dirtied. Impure. Unfit for everyone's eyes. And it wasn't even really her fault.....

Beautifully raven wing colored hair gently covered her shoulders coupled with pale alabaster skin completed her figure. But her eyes...her eyes were a bloody crimson.

Abandoned..

She had been living all her life in the wild....she was never wanted anywhere.....

Suddenly, her eyes widened as she saw two young boys......

Have they seen me?
((thank you))
Vex glanced towards the Warrior, but then went to ignoring him entirely. Not his business, not his problem, he wasn't about to question him, and he had nothing to question him about, besides. He glanced around for a broad-leafed tree himself.. and found something similar, or close enough, and leaned against that, crossing his arms.. but still keeping his hand very ready to snatch his hilt.
the man, whos age was even a mystery to himself looked away from the boy to the trees where he heard something rustle in the bushes. he unsheathed his sword alarmed at the sound. staring blankly into the woods, he seemed dead and lifeless.
He didn't hear the noise.. but he did note the warrior drawing out his sword. He PRETENDED not to notice, but set his hand on the hilt of his sword, just in case he thought about attacking him.
The bloody eyed half and half grew apprehensive...

They sense me....

With her demon like dexterity, she tried to step back.....

But before she could run, a twig snapped loudly under her light feet.

Oh no.

Turning quickly with grace, but vicious haste, the outcast ran as fast as she could.

Don't catch me....not again....

Her only hope would be that they felt no need to run after a potentially dangerous form in the darkness.....
when no more noise came from the trees, he decided to go into the woods to see exactly what it was. though the rain was pouring terribly heavy, he had no wish to stand helplessly. tehre was someone there, who didn't want to be seen. he knew he would have to find them.
Now, Vex heard THAT. He snapped around and drew his blade instantly, eyes set int the woods. What on earth had that been? .. Should he go after it..? It could be a trap, but if he stayed here, they may get ambushed.. o.o!
